Shayne Wulterin has 30 years of experience as a litigator, focusing his trial practice on general liability cases involving catastrophic loss, professional liability, premises liability, malpractice, and negligence. He also has extensive experience defending construction defect lawsuits, where he represents developers, construction companies, and public entities. He represents corporations, individuals, and insurance companies with an emphasis on defending high-profile companies, engineers, and professionals.  

Shayne has tried and arbitrated several cases to verdict in both California and Nevada, and he has mediated more than 350 cases. He is diligent in finding creative methods to protect his clients’ interests while minimizing their costs.
