Kahana Feld Grows General Liability Practice Through Two Strategic Partner Hires 

IRVINE, CA – March 2, 2026 – Kahana Feld is pleased to announce that Karen Sullivan and Jason W. Williams have joined the firm as partners in the General Liability group.  

Karen Sullivan is based in Kahana Feld’s Irvine office and has more than 20 years of experience defending high-stakes litigation. Her practice spans complex matters in state and federal courts, including class actions, products liability, toxic torts, construction, employment, consumer products, and Proposition 65 claims. She has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and has served as lead counsel in hundreds of depositions. She brings experience in law and motion practice, discovery, and appellate matters, as well as deep knowledge of complex scientific and medical epidemiology defenses to the firm.  

Jason W. Williams has joined Kahana Feld’s San Diego office. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, he focuses his practice on defending complex matters involving construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, class actions, and toxic torts. In addition, he previously served as in-house counsel for an international engineering firm. His depth of experience further strengthens the firm’s litigation capabilities in Southern California.
