IRVINE, CA – June 24, 2025 – Kahana Feld is pleased to announce that Shayne Wulterin, an experienced trial attorney, is joining the firm as a Partner in the General Liability and Construction Defect practice groups. Wulterin brings with him a team of 14 additional attorneys and paralegals from Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar, effective July 1.
With 30 years of litigation experience, Wulterin focuses his trial practice on general liability cases involving catastrophic loss, professional liability, premises liability, malpractice, and negligence. Wulterin also has extensive experience defending construction defect lawsuits, where he represents developers, construction companies, and public entities.

Wulterin will be joining Kahana Feld from Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar, where he was a partner since 1999. He brings with him a team of eight attorneys and six paralegals to support his practice and help Kahana Feld expand its litigation capabilities, including by opening a Nevada office.

Wulterin is admitted to practice in California, Nevada, and Colorado. He earned his J.D. from Whittier College School of Law and his B.A. in economics and business from Westmont College, where he also played college soccer.
