Thomas V. McCarrick, Esq.

Thomas McCarrick is an attorney at the Oakland office of Kahana Feld. Mr. McCarrick has a background in construction and has experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, including trial and appellate work. He has managed matters ranging from personal injuries both generally and arising from construction sites, construction defects, class action matters, products liability, catastrophic injury, professional liability, business litigation and landlord tenant disputes. Mr. McCarrick has represented general contractors, subcontractors, public entities, individual homeowners' associations and entities across many industries.

Tom was born and raised in the East Bay and graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law. When not litigating, Tom enjoys everything Oakland has to offer, including mountain biking to Bay Area sports.
