Ross S. Wagner is a senior attorney in Kahana Feld’s New York City office and is part of the National Appellate Litigation & Consulting group. He concentrates his practice on complex cases involving construction accidents, transportation issues, premises liability, and casualty matters. He adeptly manages all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through motion practice, appeals, and resolution.  

Ross has handled all phases of drafting and review of appellate briefs in complex matters through oral argument on appeal. He serves as appellate monitoring counsel at trial and frequently works to shape legal issues and properly preserve the record to litigate those issues on appeal.  

Previously, Ross practiced at New York law firms, where he concentrated on the defense of contractors in New York Labor Law matters. He also has experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, where he focused on fraudulent claims, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on high-exposure litigation.
