Kahana Feld Secures Six-Figure Judgment and Additional Avenues for Recovery 

Kahana Feld partner Sharon Oh-Kubisch and team secured a significant victory for the client in a court-granted summary judgment in an unlimited civil action for breach of contract, awarding approximately $658,000 in damages and $231,000 in attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses, for a total judgment of more than $889,000. 

The result provided the client with a substantial judgment and meaningful avenues for enforcement and recovery.
