Kahana Feld Prevails on Summary Judgment in Complex Dram Shop Litigation 

Kahana Feld partner Leah O’Leary and attorney Brittney Madrigal secured a complete victory for their client in a high-exposure dram shop case arising from a fatal car accident. The Court granted KF’s traditional and no-evidence motions for summary judgment, dismissed all claims against the client with prejudice, and ordered that the plaintiff take nothing.
