Manuel Ugarte is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Irvine office and is a member of the General Liability Group. Manuel primarily represents corporations, small businesses, homeowners’ associations, subcontractors, and individuals in various stages of litigation including alternative dispute resolution and mediation through trial in California.  

As a civil litigation attorney with over 10 years of experience, Manuel has represented businesses of all sizes and individuals in both state and federal courts. He focuses primarily on defense of personal injury and product liability claims, commercial and business disputes, and employment matters. Manuel’s work experience includes a judicial clerkship with the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, defense of high-exposure wrongful death and personal injury product liability claims, toxic torts, complex business disputes, and premise liability lawsuits.
