Profile

Kristina Nakao is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s Irvine office and a member of the General Liability and Construction Law practice groups. She represents clients in a wide range of civil disputes involving personal injury, premises liability, property damage, wrongful death, and construction-related claims.

Kristina has experience managing all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery; conducting depositions; and developing litigation strategy in collaboration with clients, insurers, and experts. She has assisted in trial preparation in complex civil matters, including preparing trial briefs, motions in limine, exhibit lists, and expert witness designations to support effective courtroom readiness and case strategy.

Prior to joining Kahana Feld, Kristina interned at A+E Networks and The Walt Disney Company in Legal and Business Affairs. She also interned with the Los Angeles Superior Court under Hon. Monica Bachner, Ret. Through the ABA Judicial Internship Opportunity Program. Kristina is also fluent in Japanese.
