Jaion Chung, Esq.

Ms. Chung, Esq. is a Partner at Kahana Feld's Los Angeles office. Ms. Chung is a member of the Trucking & Transportation practice group, and the General Liability practice group. Ms. Chung also has a significant appellate background. This includes clerking for the California Court of Appeal, 2^nd Appellate District, as well as for the well-regarded appellate firm of Horvitz & Levy. Ms. Chung has also served as appellate monitoring counsel and has extensive experience conceptualizing and drafting dispositive and other motions and briefs on significant and catastrophic property and casualty matters of all kinds. She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2006 and earned her Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Los Angeles with a major in Political Science and minor in English. Ms. Chung is licensed to practice in California, both in State and Federal Courts. She was recognized as a “Rising Star” from 2012-2017 and “Super Lawyer” from 2019-2021 by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Ms. Chung serves on the board of directors for the Trucking Insurance Defense Association (TIDA). She is also an active member of the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California.

In her free time, Ms. Chung finds relaxation in baking, everything from bread to cupcakes. She loves traveling and gaining knowledge about new cultures.
