J. Daniel Lounsbery, Esq.

J. Daniel Lounsbery is a partner in Kahana Feld’s San Diego office. His practice focuses on construction law and insurance defense, primarily representing contractors, builders, and other businesses in complex litigation. He has particular experience in insurance defense litigation, including construction defect, jobsite injuries and risk transfer.  With over 20 years of experience as both an attorney and insurance claims professional, he prides himself on aggressive advocacy and creative resolution of diverse and complex claims.

Dan is a Martindale Hubbell AV-rated attorney and is a member of the Claims Litigation Management Alliance and the San Diego County Bar Association.

When not working, Dan enjoys surfing, gardening, cooking and spending time with his wife and two children.
