Eric Hagle is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s Irvine office and is a member of the Construction Litigation group. Eric has experience defending complex and high exposure matters involving premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, general liability, construction defect and other claims. He represents contractors, subcontractors, insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, retailers, hospitality companies, and individuals.   

Eric has handled cases throughout California’s state and federal courts and has managed matters from early inception through trial preparation. He is also experienced at mediation and settlement negotiations and extensive law and motion practice.
