Eran Forster is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Nevada office. His litigation practice includes personal injury defense in transportation-related cases as well as premises liability, product liability, insurance coverage, employment disputes, and contract-based litigation. His focus is in complex, high-exposure actions involving catastrophic injury and fatalities.

Eran has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional and federal litigation, where he often navigates unique procedural issues regarding choice of law, venue, and jurisdiction. His federal experience includes removal actions and litigation involving Title VII, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act, the Truth and Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and state law claims under supplemental and diversity jurisdiction.
