Emma Schwab, Esq.

Emma Schwab is an attorney at Kahana Feld’s New York office and focuses her practice in the firm’s National Appellate Litigation & Consulting Group. Emma has represented clients in a variety of general liability matters including personal injury, premises liability, New York Labor Law, and professional malpractice. She has also argued before the Appellate Division and has served as appellate monitoring counsel on trials conducted in courts throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Previously, Emma worked at a New York City defense firm where she handled professional liability matters and gained broad civil litigation experience defending attorneys, accountants, and other professionals. She also worked as a legal intern for the Community Service Society of New York, providing free legal services to New Yorkers seeking to navigate the complex health care system.

In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and exploring her neighborhood.
