In our Houston office, Kahana Feld welcomes Partner Donald Loving II and Attorney Elliott Wright. Mr. Loving is a member of the General Liability and Trucking & Transportation practice groups. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston and has over 30 years of litigation and trial experience, including working as staff & corporate counsel for several prominent insurance carriers including GEICO, Progressive, USAA and Travelers. Mr. Wright is a member of the Construction Defect, General Liability, and Trucking & Transportation practice groups. He earned his Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law, and has extensive litigation and insurance defense experience.
In our New York office, Kahana Feld welcomes Partner Robert Fishkin and Attorneys Emma Schwab and David Cheng. Mr. Fishkin is a member of the New York Labor Law practice group, Trucking & Transportation practice group, General Liability practice group. He earned his Juris Doctor from the New York Law School, and has over 30 years of litigation and trial experience, including working in leadership positions as in-house counsel for several prominent insurance carriers including Selective Insurance, MetLife, Zurich and Farmers. Ms. Schwab is a member of the New York Labor Law and General Liability practice groups. She earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and previously worked with the Community Service Society of New York. Mr. Cheng is a member of the Appellate Strategy & Advocacy practice group. He earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University, School of Law. Mr. Cheng has Federal jury trial experience and was awarded the Lefkowitz Excellence in Litigation.
In our San Diego office, Kahana Feld welcomes Senior Attorney Aleksandra Romell. Ms. Romell is a member of the General Liability and Real Estate practice groups. She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of San Diego School of Law.
