David M. Uchida is a partner at Kahana Feld’s Los Angeles office. He is a client-focused litigator and a member of Kahana Feld’s General Liability Practice Group. David has represented product manufacturers in complex tort and environmental litigation and clients regarding general liability civil litigation including personal injury and premises liability. David has extensive prior experience defending clients in alleged benzene, asbestos, and silica exposure claims.
David is licensed to practice before both state and federal courts, where he has handled all phases of litigation, from arguing motions for summary judgement to negotiating settlements.

- Secured summary judgment on behalf of electrical equipment manufacturer in asbestos litigation.
