Britney D. Lucchesi, Esq.

Britney D. Lucchesi is an attorney at Kahana Feld’s Oakland office.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University Sacramento while serving two terms as the President of Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honors Society, Lambda Lambda Sigma chapter.  Thereafter, Ms. Lucchesi earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law evening program while working full time at a law firm in Sacramento, CA.  In addition to her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Lucchesi earned a Trial & Appellate Advocacy Certificate of Concentration and Intellectual Property Certificate of Concentration.  Ms. Lucchesi is licensed to practice in the State of California.

Previously, Ms. Lucchesi interned at Legal Aid of Sonoma County, where she gained invaluable experience communicating with clients in sensitive matters.  Prior to joining Kahana Feld, she worked at a personal injury law firm where she handled and assisted in complex litigation matters involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, elder abuse/neglect, motor vehicle collisions, commercial vehicle collisions, premises liability, assault, battery, dog bite/attack incidents, and fire-related claims.  This extensive experience has given Ms. Lucchesi a distinct and profound understanding of counseling clients and managing client expectations.

In her free time, Ms. Lucchesi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to sporting events, and going on hikes.
