Amy is a seasoned talent management professional and former attorney with more than 30 years of experience in legal recruiting, professional development, coaching, and consulting. As Senior Talent Advisor, she partners with firm leadership on strategic recruiting and talent initiatives and supports attorneys in the areas of professional growth, leadership development, performance, and integration.

Before joining Kahana Feld, Amy held senior recruiting and career development roles at Holland & Knight and leading national legal search and consulting firms. She also served as Assistant Dean of Career Services at UCLA School of Law and as Assistant Director of Career Services at Georgetown University Law Center, where she earned her J.D. Amy began her legal career as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds additional certifications in professional, executive leadership, and transition coaching.
