Kahana Feld Welcomes Ronald Tran as Partner to Expand Labor & Employment Capabilities in Northern California

IRVINE, CA – October 2, 2026 – Kahana Feld is pleased to announce Ronald Tran has joined the firm as a partner in the Labor & Employment Counseling & Litigation Group. 

Tran is a seasoned litigator and trial lawyer with over a decade of experience representing employers and business leaders. Employers and their leaders rely on Ron to defend them against a broad range of employment and commercial disputes, including claims involving discrimination, failure to accommodate, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower activity, wrongful termination, unfair competition, contractual disputes, commercial torts, shareholder and executive disputes, and wage and hour matters. He also manages employment claims under EPLI and D&O policies.

In addition to his litigation practice, Tran counsels employers on day-to-day employment matters, including workplace investigations, employee discipline and termination, severance negotiations, training and development, and other employment-related issues. He also brings experience representing insurance companies, businesses, public entities and individuals in matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death and commercial torts. Earlier in his career, he served as a criminal prosecutor and gained a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy and trial practice.
