Brittney Aquino is a member of the National Appellate Litigation & Consulting Group in the Irvine office. Aquino’s practice focuses on insurance defense and construction defect litigation, with experience in insurance coverage disputes and actions involving equitable contribution and subrogation. She also serves as appellate monitoring counsel and has significant experience drafting dispositive and other motions in complex property and casualty matters.
Haydee Correa is based in the firm’s New York City office and is a member of the National Appellate Litigation & Consulting Group. Correa is a skilled trial and appellate attorney with more than 25 years of experience who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, transportation liability, and New York Labor Law matters. She has experience managing all phases of litigation and has served as both lead trial counsel and appellate monitoring counsel in high-exposure cases.
Domenick D’Angelica is a member of the General Liability group and is based in the New York City office. D’Angelica has more than 30 years of experience in insurance defense and civil litigation and has defended a broad spectrum of personal injury matters across personal and commercial lines, as well as claims involving medical and professional malpractice.
William P. (Pat) Durland is based in the Austin office and is a member of the Trucking & Transportation practice group. Durland is a seasoned attorney with more than 35 years of experience. He has tried a variety of cases in counties across Texas, including five published appeals. Durland has handled hundreds of depositions, motions, and administrative proceedings throughout his career.
Lauren Harris is a member of the General Liability group in the Houston office. Harris leads a sophisticated team focusing on construction defect litigation, where she manages preventative issue spotting and strategic defense planning. She is also a skilled trial attorney who previously focused her practice in personal injury claims.
Karin N. Kuemerle is based in the firm’s Irvine office and is a member of the firm’s Construction Law group. Kuemerle has been a litigator for more than 20 years and has represented clients in complex construction defect actions, as well as in workers’ compensation subrogation and Lemon Law cases.
Jenny A. Silverstein is a member of the General Liability grouop and is based in the Walnut Creek office. Silverstein’s practice includes the defense of general liability matters including personal injury, products liability, landlord-tenant, wrongful death, premises liability, and trucking matters involving death or catastrophic injuries. She has defended public and private clients in both state and federal courts across California.
Alice A. Trueman is a member of the General Liability group and is based in the Buffalo office. Trueman practices primarily in the areas of general liability defense and insurance defense. She is an experienced litigator who has defended business and municipal clients in liability defense matters, handling clients such as trucking companies, construction companies, school districts, retailers, and property owners.
