Brittney H. Aquino, Esq.

Attorney

Brittney H. Aquino is an attorney at Kahana Feld's Irvine office. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice from California State University Fullerton. Thereafter, Brittney earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Brittney was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2014.

Since being admitted to the California Bar, Brittney has practiced primarily in the areas of insurance defense and construction defect litigation, with focus on insurance coverage disputes and actions for equitable contribution and subrogation. Additionally, Ms. Aquino has both served as appellate monitoring counsel and has experience conceptualizing and drafting dispositive and other motions on significant and catastrophic property and casualty matters of all kinds.

Prior to joining Kahana & Feld, Brittney served as general and litigation counsel to numerous homeowners associations regarding interpretation and enforcement of the Davis Stirling Act, California Corporations Code, and other facets of litigation involving homeowners associations and their Boards of Directors.

Through her practice, Brittney has gained extensive experience with counseling clients and managing client expectations to achieve their goals, as well as managing cases from inception to trial with proficiency and dedication to client objections.

In her free time, Brittney enjoys spending time with her family going to Disneyland and fundraising for CHOC Children’s Hospital.
