Profile

Yvette Davis is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Irvine office and is a member of the Labor & Employment group. Her practice focuses on defending clients in employment litigation matters including sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour , and claims under the American Disabilities Act (ADA) in both state and federal courts.  Her practice also includes representing employers in matters before the Department of Industrial Relations. 

She advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including risk management, human resources compliance, and strategic dispute resolution. Her experience also includes complex construction defect litigation, where she has represented developers, subcontractors and commercial and residential property owners.  

Beyond her litigation practice, she regularly counsels clients on employment-related policies and procedures and provides training and presentations on workplace issues.
