Vincent C. Gangemi is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s New York City office and a member of the General Liability Group and the Business & Commercial Litigation Group. Before joining Kahana Feld, Vincent practiced at a boutique litigation defense firm in New York, where he was responsible for managing critical aspects of insurance defense litigation. His work included conducting depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and overseeing case strategy from inception through resolution.  

Vincent also gained valuable in-house counsel experience at a multinational insurance corporation, where he played a pivotal role in supporting business operations through legal insight. There, he was involved in drafting and revising policy contracts, contract amendments, vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and privacy-related language.
