Mimi Ahn, Esq.

Mimi Ahn, Esq., is a Partner at Kahana Feld and the Chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. She is an experienced litigator and has represented numerous clients in various employment law matters including PAGA and class action matters. Mimi has represented clients through every part of the employment dispute process including pre-litigation investigations, DFEH investigations, Department of Industrial Relations hearings, binding arbitrations, and both State and Federal civil litigations.  She specializes her practice in representing employers in the food and service industry and is experienced with the unique issues this sector faces. She also has substantial experience in business litigation and general liability matters.

Mimi is a past president of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association and serves on the board of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association Foundation. She also serves on the board of Orange County Women Lawyers Association and on Elder Law & Disability Rights Center, a non-profit aimed at assisting members of the community who are elderly, living with disabilities, or experiencing homelessness. Mimi volunteers monthly at pro-bono clinics and is an active member of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association, Asian Pacific American Women Lawyers Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. In addition to being an active member of the law community, she enjoys cooking, traveling, karaoke, and reading non-fiction.
