Marla Almazan is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the General Liability group. She has experience representing equipment manufacturers, construction product manufacturers, premises owners, and distributors and suppliers of a wide variety of products in complex toxic tort litigation. She is versed in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. 

Marla has extensive experience in products liability and toxic tort/environmental litigation, with a an emphasis on strategic motion practice, discovery, and early case resolution efforts. She works closely with clients to develop practical litigation strategies tailored to their goals and interests. 

She is fluent in Spanish.
