Scott Katzman is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with experience leading financial operations for prominent global and regional law firms. He has successfully implemented operational improvements, strengthened financial controls, streamlined billing and collections processes, and partnered closely with firm leadership to support long-term growth and profitability. He also has experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash forecasting, banking and credit relationships, vendor management, compliance, and team leadership.   

Brett Lakey has more than 14 years of experience in human resources and recruiting for law firms and professional services companies. He has expertise in policy development, employee relations, investigations, compliance, benefits and compensation, full-cycle recruiting, payroll, retention, organizational development, and HR analytics.   

Sasha Kermalli-Gaudin is an accomplished finance and legal technology professional with a robust background in advising global and regional law firms on financial operations, billing systems, process optimization, and strategic technology implementation. She brings a unique combination of finance, operations, and legal technology expertise and has previous experience improving operational efficiencies, strengthening internal controls, leading high-performing teams, and helping organizations maximize the value of their financial systems investments.
