Mariah Smith is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s New York office. Her practice focuses on New York labor law, general liability, and premises liability matters. She has experience defending numerous general liability and construction/labor law cases for building owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction managers. She also has experience handling all aspects of claims and litigation assessment and resolution, as well as pre-suit accident investigation.

Prior to joining Kahana Feld, Mariah had experience representing a wide range of clients in contract disputes, corporate litigation, real estate litigation, and employment law. She also handled a variety of regulatory and compliance matters, including hearings and other proceedings before the courts and numerous federal, state, and local administrative agencies, including fire safety, buildings, consumer protection, health, alcohol, and environmental matters.
