Marc A. Schulz is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Buffalo office and is a member of the General Liability and New York Labor Law practice groups. Marc is experienced in defending complex litigation and insurance defense matters, including high-exposure and third-party cases, with a focus on defending owners, contractors, and subcontractors against Labor Law 240, 241, 200, negligence, and indemnification claims. He also handles premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle, and construction defect claims.
