Lan Nguyen is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s Houston office and a member of the National Appellate Litigation & Consulting Group. Previously, Lan served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the U.S. Navy in several roles, most recently as Appellate Government Counsel. He has significant experience in a wide array of appellate issues including Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendments, repeal of federal statute, sufficiency of convictions, discovery rights, interlocutory appeals, extraordinary writs, and prosecutorial misconduct.
Lan is fluent in Vietnamese.
