• Achieved a complete defense verdict on behalf of one of the world’s largest chip manufacturers after a three-week jury trial in a $175 million breach of contract matter.
• Successfully defended a real estate developer on summary judgment in a lawsuit involving sale of a newly built condominium complex.
• Obtained judgments for injunctive relief and damages against resellers on Amazon’s marketplace on behalf of an internet router manufacturer.
• Obtained a $1.5 million arbitration award in a breach of contract and fraud claim involving the purchase and sale of a school.
• Obtained a $650,000 judgment in a breach of contract and fraud action involving investment fraud.
