Joyce J. Choi resides in Kahana Feld’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation, Labor & Employment Counseling and Litigation, and Real Estate Law practice groups. Joyce has represented a range of clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, from Fortune 500 companies to individuals involved in business disputes. She is licensed to practice in California.
John P. Donovan is based in Kahana Feld’s Austin, Texas office and focuses his practice focuses on general liability. He handles tort actions, personal injury, wrongful death actions, construction defect, employment, automobile, and premises liability cases. John’s clients include national insurance companies, contractors, and trucking companies. He is licensed to practice in Texas and California.
Daniel R. Erwin is based in the Houston office and practices primarily in the firm’s General Liability, Trucking and Transportation, and Construction Law practice groups. He has extensive experience litigating high-exposure cases before state and federal courts throughout Texas. He often provides “parachute” defense services, assuming the defense of cases on the eve of trial. He is licensed in Texas.
J. Daniel Lounsbery concentrates his practice on construction law and insurance defense from the San Diego office. He has particular experience in insurance defense litigation, including construction defect, jobsite injuries, and risk transfer. Dan has over 20 years of experience as an attorney and insurance claims professional. He is licensed to practice in California.
