Evan Kalooky is a partner in Kahana Feld’s San Diego office and is a member of the Construction Litigation and General Liability groups. Evan focuses his practice on the defense of complex, high-exposure matters involving construction, premises liability, and general liability claims, as well as intentional tort, contract, and employment-related disputes. He represents a diverse range of clients, including contractors and subcontractors, insurance carriers, national and regional retailers, hospitality companies, and other businesses and individuals. A seasoned litigator, Evan has handled matters in both state and federal courts.
