Brittney Madrigal, Esq.

Attorney

Brittney M. Madrigal is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s Austin office and is a member of the General Liability and Construction Defect Groups. Brittney’s practice focuses on representing clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including claims involving personal injury, property damage, premises liability, and construction-related disputes. Specifically, Brittney defends individuals and entities in a wide range of matters, including slip-and-fall incidents, third-party injury claims, and other negligence-based actions. Additionally, she navigates multi-party claims involving alleged design flaws, workmanship issues, and contractual disputes.  

Brittney also has prior experience defending employers in labor and employment disputes, including claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour violations. Her defense-side background provides her with a well-rounded perspective in litigating cases and advising clients on risk management and strategy.
