Profile

Beth Obra-White is a partner in Kahana Feld’s San Diego office and is a member of the Construction Litigation, Labor & Employment, and General Liability groups. She is an experienced litigator who represents clients in complex disputes across a wide range of industries and advises businesses through every stage of litigation—from initial case assessment and pleadings through trial. 

Beth’s practice includes defending developers and subcontractors in complex construction defect litigation involving commercial and residential projects, serving as counsel for national retailers and other businesses in high-exposure general liability matters, and representing employers in various aspects of employment law, including employment litigation and counseling. 

Additionally, Beth serves as an advisor on non-litigation matters to draft and negotiate agreements, assess liability and risk transfer, develop policies and procedures, enact protective measures, and facilitate settlements.
