Andrew Mantione, Esq.

Andrew Mantione is a partner in Kahana Feld’s New York City office and a member of the General Liability practice group. Andrew’s practice is primarily focused on premises liability, automotive liability, and New York State Labor Law. He also has extensive experience in insurance defense, personal injury, intentional tort, commercial leasing, corporate criminal code enforcement actions and hearings, and civil rights matters. During his career, he has represented a wide array of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, and self-insured religious institutions.  

Andrew has over a decade of experience working with claims professionals and various associated counsel. He acts on behalf of insurance carriers and their insured in complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts.
