Building Stronger Teams, Together: 2026 Accounting Leadership Retreat 

Managers and directors from Kahana Feld’s Billing, Finance, and Accounting teams recently came together in Irvine for a week of collaboration, strategic planning, and team building. Representatives from offices across the firm gathered to share ideas, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and align on key initiatives that will support the firm’s continued growth through the remainder of 2026 and into 2027. 

Throughout the week, the team participated in collaborative planning sessions, discussed opportunities to enhance processes and client service, and developed strategies to support Kahana Feld’s expanding national footprint. Equally important was the opportunity to connect in person, exchange best practices, and reinforce the teamwork that drives the firm’s operational excellence.
