Defense Verdict Secured in Disputed Trucking Claim

The plaintiff claimed the collision occurred in New York while the client maintained he had been exclusively in New Jersey completing a delivery. 

The case presented unique challenges, including limited documentation and a gap in the driver’s timeline. Despite the absence of traditional records, the defense focused on building a credible, fact-based narrative. By thoroughly preparing the client and investigating key details, including confirming his regular presence at a New Jersey restaurant during the relevant timeframe, the team effectively addressed the alleged inconsistencies.
