IRVINE, CA – June 30, 2025 – Kahana Feld is pleased to announce that Cynthia Tarle and a team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff from Tarle Law, P.C. will join Kahana Feld on July 1. Cynthia, a seasoned trial attorney and industry leader, founded Tarle Law in 2011 as a Women-Owned Business and acted as its managing partner, growing the firm to serve clients across California and Texas throughout four offices in San Diego, Dallas, Austin, and Houston.

Cynthia has 30 years of experience representing Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, and policyholders. She focuses her litigation practice on multi-party, complex construction defect actions including commercial, mixed-use, residential construction, and school districts, and has a diverse practice defending clients in general liability matters, products liability, catastrophic loss, bodily injury, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death claims. She has experience in the energy industry, particularly with oil and gas and solar. Cynthia often acts as monitoring counsel for her clients, managing their litigation nationwide.

Cynthia earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Oklahoma State University. She is admitted to practice in Texas, California, and Colorado. She frequently speaks to groups nationally on topics of insurance, contracts, and construction loss control mechanisms, risk transfer, and litigation.
