Dominic Donato, Esq. is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut. Mr. Donato joined the firm in April of this year. He focuses his practice on all aspects of construction litigation, including high-exposure New York Labor Law, construction defect and related property damage cases, premises, product liability and professional liability matters, and commercial litigation involving securities fraud.
Jenn Crittondon, Esq. is licensed to practice in California and is at Kahana Feld’s Oakland office. Ms. Crittondon joined the firm in March 2022. Ms. Crittondon’s practice focuses on personal injury and general litigation, emphasizing multi-party litigation and catastrophic injuries. She has successfully argued motions to dismiss punitive damages, motions for summary judgment, and informally resolved cases prior to mediation.
Chris Theobalt, Esq. is licensed to practice in New York and is a member of Kahana Feld’s National Appellate Strategy and Advocacy Group. Mr. Theobalt joined the firm in April 2023. He has dedicated his entire career to appellate and litigation strategy. He has spent countless hours monitoring New York’s highest-stakes trials and briefing and arguing New York’s largest appeals. He’s written or co-written motions and appeals that have saved clients hundreds of millions of dollars, including scoring a $50 million reduction in a single case involving a traumatic brain injury.
