Adam Amirault is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s Buffalo office in New York. Mr. Amirault is a member of the Appellate Strategy & Advocacy Group. He earned his Juris Doctor from State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of New York.
Susan Mason is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s New York City office. Ms. Mason is a member of the New York Labor Law practice group and general liability practice group. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Ms. Mason is licensed to practice in the States of New York and Connecticut.
Kari Rutherford is a senior attorney in Kahana Feld’s Irvine office. Ms. Rutherford is a member of the construction defect practice group. She earned her Juris Doctor at Western State College of Law and was an extern to Honorable Sheila Press Soneshine (Ret) in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Rutherford is licensed to practice in the State of California. She was previously Staff Counsel at St. Paul/Travelers Insurance for 20 years, handling construction defect and general liability cases.
Garrett Smee is a senior attorney in Kahana Feld’s San Diego office. Mr. Smee is a member of the general liability, labor and employment and construction defect practice groups. He earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. Mr. Smee is a part-time Adjust Professor at Western Sierra School of Law. Mr. Smee is licensed to practice in the State of California.
Matt Gunby, III is a senior attorney in Kahana Feld’s San Diego office. Mr. Gunby is a member of the construction defect and general liability practice groups. He earned his Juris Doctor from University of San Diego, School of Law. Mr. Gunby is licensed to practice in the States of California, Arizona, and Colorado.
Chrishna Lindor is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s Houston, TX office. Ms. Lindor is a member of the general liability practice group. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Ms. Lindor is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
