The new office extends Kahana & Feld’s geographic reach serving its national insurance clients in construction litigation and general liability as well as general business clients in their business and employment litigation.
Partners and attorneys who will serve the Houston office include:
- Yaron Shaham, Esq. – Mr. Shaham will manage the Houston office. He is a partner with the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Law practice groups. Mr. Shaham has defended mortgage lenders, financial service providers and banking institutions on matters including foreclosures, banking operations, bankruptcy, employment litigation and general business litigation. Shaham was born and raised in Houston and is a graduate of the University of Texas and the University of Houston Law Center.
- Jason Daniel Feld, Esq. – Mr. Feld is a native Houstonian and one of the firm’s founding partners. Mr. Feld chairs the firm’s Construction Law, Real Estate, and General Liability practice groups, where he focuses in the defense of homebuilders, contractors, developers, and real estate professionals primarily in construction defect, general liability, insurance defense, construction accident and real estate matters. Mr. Feld is a graduate of the University of Houston and Whittier Law School.
