Tyler Kaminsky is an attorney in the San Diego office and is a member of the firm’s General Liability practice group. He focuses his practice on defending personal injury and high-exposure liability matters, including premises liability and motor vehicle litigation, on behalf of a wide range of clients from national corporations to local businesses and individual insureds. 

Tyler takes a strategic, results-driven approach to litigation, managing cases through all phases while aligning legal strategy with client objectives, risk tolerance, and cost considerations. He works closely with clients and carriers to evaluate exposure early, develop efficient discovery plans, and position matters for resolution through motion practice, settlement, or trial. 

His experience includes handling complex litigation in both state and federal courts, with significant involvement in depositions, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation. Tyler has second-chaired a multi-million-dollar premises liability jury trial that resulted in a complete defense verdict, and he regularly contributes to trial strategy, witness preparation, and case presentation.
