Thomas E. Dias, Esq.

Tom Dias is a Partner at Kahana Feld’s Irvine office and is a member of the Construction Law practice group. He brings over thirty-four years of litigation and first-chair trial experience to Kahana Feld. His prior experience involves litigating product liability, general liability, professional liability, construction defect, employment, and transportation matters. Tom comes to Kahana Feld from Fidelity National Title Group, where he was in-house counsel for over fourteen years and served as assistant managing counsel responsible for litigating cases involving title insurance, escrow negligence and insurance bad faith.

Tom earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California at Los Angeles.

He prides himself on organization and mentoring as trial counsel and is a seasoned trial attorney and licensed to practice in the State of California.
