Stephen Baker is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Dallas office and is a member of the Construction Law and National Appellate Litigation and Consulting practice groups. Stephen focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and surety law, bringing more than 15 years of litigation experience representing insurers, sureties, and corporate clients in high-stakes, multi-party, multi-jurisdiction, and multimillion-dollar matters.  

His practice encompasses a wide range of disputes, including complex construction, contractual and commercial claims, professional negligence, insurance coverage, product liability, intellectual property, aviation, and bankruptcy matters. Stephen is known for his strategic, results-driven approach to litigation and is highly experienced in motion practice, case development, negotiations, e-discovery management, and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
