Profile

Stacy Plotkin-Wolff is a partner in Kahana Feld’s San Diego office and is a member of the National Appellate Litigation & Consulting and Public Entity Litigation & Consulting groups. Stacy is an accomplished appellate advocate and litigation leader with more than 25 years of experience in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Kahana Feld, she spent 16 years in the San Diego City Attorney’s Office, most recently serving as a Senior Chief Deputy City Attorney for the civil litigation division. Earlier, she was claims litigation counsel for a large insurance company, where she represented clients in jury trials as well as numerous arbitrations and mediations.
