Rachael Marvin, Esq.

Rachael Marvin is a partner based in the firm’s New York City and New Jersey offices and is a member of the General Liability, New York Labor Law, Trucking & Transportation, and National Appellate Litigation & Consulting Groups. Rachael is experienced in a wide range of civil litigation practice areas, including New York labor law, construction defect, premises liability, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, and product liability. She has represented hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and other health care professionals from high-exposure malpractice and negligence claims and regularly defends building owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex labor law, premises, and construction defect matters. Rachael has handled cases from inception through trial and has argued appeals in New York’s Appellate Division.
