Rachael Marvin, Esq.

Rachael Marvin is a senior attorney at Kahana Feld's New York office. Rachael primarily focuses on New York labor law, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and product liability. She routinely defends hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and other health care professionals from high-exposure malpractice and negligence claims. She is also experienced in defending nursing home clients in lawsuits seeking punitive damages under Public Health Law Section 2801-d.

Rachael is experienced handling cases from inception through trial and is admitted to practice law in all New York and New Jersey State Courts.

Previously, she worked at a national defense firm where she handled complex litigation matters, drafted dispositive motions, including summary judgment motions and motions to dismiss, and assisted with all aspects of trial preparation.

During law school, Rachael furthered her passion for civil defense through her work at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office in the Tort Litigation Section.
