Pascal Arteaga is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Houston office and a member of the Construction Law group. He represents clients in contract-based litigation, representing a wide range of parties—including general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, and engineers—in disputes involving residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Additionally, he has experience in real estate and business transactions, including entity formation, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and financing. Pascal also has previous experience as a financial analyst, which provides him with a unique perspective on the financial implications of complex legal challenges.  

Pascal is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Construction Law.
