About Mimi Ahn, Esq.
Mimi Ahn, Esq., is a Partner at Kahana Feld. She is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, with an emphasis in employment law. Ms. Ahn has represented numerous clients in various employment law matters including PAGA and class action matters. Ms. Ahn has represented clients through every part of the employment dispute process including pre-litigation investigations, DFEH investigations, Department of Industrial Relations hearings, binding arbitrations, and both State and Federal civil litigations. Ms. Ahn specializes her practice in representing employers in the food and service industry and is experienced with the unique issues this sector faces. Ms. Ahn also has substantial experience in business litigation and general liability matters.
Ms. Ahn is the 2022-2023 president of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association and serves on the board of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association Foundation. Ms. Ahn also volunteers monthly at pro-bono clinics and is an active member of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association, Asian Pacific American Women Lawyers Association, and serves on the DEI committee of the Orange County Bar Association. In addition to being an active member of the law community, Ms. Ahn enjoys cooking, traveling, karaoke, and reading non-fiction.
