Kylee Newland is an attorney in the Sacramento office and is a member of the General Liability practice group. She focuses her practice on defending personal injury actions related to trucking and transportation, premises liability, product liability, and various civil litigation matters. She has experience working with Fortune 500 companies, trucking and transportation companies, national and regional retailers, product manufacturers, and individuals.  

Kylee is experienced with legal research, drafting law and motion, propounding and responding to discovery, and preparing for and attending settlement conferences, depositions, and court appearances. Prior to attending law school, Kylee was an elementary school teacher for nine years.
