Jason Daniel Feld, Esq.

Jason Daniel Feld, Esq. is a Founding Partner of Kahana Feld. Mr. Feld focuses his practice on the defense of homebuilders, contractors, developers, and real estate professionals primarily in construction defect, general liability, insurance defense, construction accident and real estate matters. Mr. Feld also represents government entities handling construction, premises liability, general liability and environmental claims. Mr. Feld is a nationwide leader in construction claims and active industry speaker at CLM Conferences, Perrin Conferences, ASCDC CD Conference and the annual West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar. Mr. Feld proudly serves as panel counsel for many prominent insurance carriers, as well as personal counsel to several national and regional homebuilders, developers and general contractors. Mr. Feld is active in several professional organizations including the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Orange County Bar Association, Construction Lawyers Society of America and Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Mr. Feld is an AV Preeminent Rated Attorney, was recognized as a Southern CA Super Lawyer (2025) and Rising Star (2009-2011) and recently won the inaugural CLM Volunteer of the Year Award (2024). Mr. Feld is licensed to practice law in the States of California, Texas, Arizona, and New York.
Mr. Feld lives in Tustin Ranch with his wife Samantha and their two daughters, Mia and Tova. He enjoys playing basketball, scuba diving, traveling and attending his daughters’ soccer, flag football and basketball games. He is proud of his commitment to the Jewish community for Orange County having served on the boards for Congregation B’Nai Israel and the Jewish Federation of Orange County, and active as an alumnus of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity. Most importantly he is a die-hard Houston sports fan, especially the Texans, Rockets, Astros and UH Cougars.
